Tethys Xynisteri 2019TeΘys Xynisteri is produced in our old family vineyard (1983) located in the Trimiklini Village, in the Larnaka area. Our Xynisteri is grown in the area's limestone soils. Pale yellow bright color of moderate intensity with a very expressive and fresh nose from the strong presence of white-flesh and stone fruits such as peach and apricot as well as citrus fruits such as clementines.
In a second reading of our nose, floral aromas based on white flowers such as jasmine and orange blossom and a very distinctive botanical character from chamomile are presented.
The ripening with the noble wine lees has also presented a slightly creamy character that is presented to us in the form of cheese crust.
