Diplogefyro 2020

Tethys Xynisteri comes from an old family vineyard (1983) with limestone soils, in the village of Trimiklini and the sub-area Limnarka at 600 meters altitude. It was the very first Xynisteri that fermented and matured in a cement ‘egg-shaped’ tank on its fine lees (sur-lie) for 8 months.
