Medium intensity nose, youthful with fresh and vibrant fruit. 

Sweet citrus character of clementines, white peaches and gala apples.

Almond pie crust from the extended lees ageing.

On the pallet, its ripe white peaches with a slight bitterness; on the aftertaste that balances out the juicy fruit.  

Prawn tacos with guacamole support the juicy character of the wine and the acidity of the lime juices matches the sweet citrus fruit of the wine.
