Tethys "PGI Nicosia" Xynisteri comes from a young vineyard in the high altitude slopes of Farmakas village overlooking Mesaoria plains. It is situated at 1100 meters above sea level and has a northern exposure offering great diurnal swings, making it ideal for producing wines with great acidity levels. The wine matured for 6 months on its fine lees before bottling.
