Moderate intensity on the nose, youthful and ripe with a fresh juiciness on the fruit.

Yellow hawthorns, apricots, and nectarines, distinctive of this vineyard, but the character of the vintage is coming through with a combination of ripe and tart fruit character. 

Straw-cheese rind aromas are developed from the 8 months lees ageing inside the egg-shaped tank. Light botanical chamomile character, with a stony minerality

Medium body, refreshing acidity, balanced alcohol, creamy texture and smooth finish. 

Fruit character a bit more restrained on the pallet, with hints of ripeness, a bit more tart than the nose. A leafy element supports the yellow hawthorn fruit, typical of Cyprus nature.
