The birth of a star! 

Since the beginning we wanted to experiment with an oak-aged rose and vintage 2023 gave us this opportunity. Our almost a century-old Mavro vineyard gave us a minuscule of a harvest but with extremely healthy and concentrated grapes. Maratheftiko grapes from Omodos were of excellent condition and with the early harvest that we mostly exercise, we had the perfect grapes for the rose wine we’ve envisioned.  

A pale but star bright wine with a brilliant salmon pink color of medium intensity.

First nose of juicy ripe red fruits like strawberries, red cherries and red plums combined with the addictive tartness of fresh pomegranate and candied orange peel. 

Floral element of cherry blossoms with a delicate hint of smokiness alongside with a slight nutty character and Mediterranean herbs like thyme and rosemary.

Palate offers a creamy texture due to the oak ageing and intensifies the sweet character of the wine with a distinct rose pistachio delight aftertaste.

A unique rose style of wine that deserves your attention. We have only produced two barrels with a final number of 838 bottles.
